All of our pieces are handmade and unique. Mostly are fragile We recommend to remove your jewelry when:

-Applying makeup, lotions, perfumes or colognes

-Washing your hands, getting inside water

We also like to remind you that:

-We do not offer refunds for lost items in the mail if tracking number shows that it was delivered

-We will replace your piece if it comes broken from the mail at no cost

-Customized pieces will required a 50% deposit. If material needs to be purchased it could take up 2 weeks to be delivered.

-All of our pieces are different, if you would like is to replicate a piece we will try our best to match the style but it will never be identical to original piece.

-Shipping processing time is 2-3 business days

-If you are not happy with your order, we will give you a full refund once piece is mail back within 30 days to address that will be provided by a customer service representative that will be in contact with you via email
